È molto importante sgrassare accuratamente la parte inferiore della testa dell’utensile prima di tentare di incollare la tavola in posizione. Asse:
Il PCB per illuminazione a LED DAA ToolHead è costituito da una scheda PCB in alluminio di alta qualità , che lo rende più resistente e rigido dei normali PCB in plastica. Il suo colore bianco aumenta la riflessione della luce rendendo la tavola ancora più efficace.
Le luci LED ToolHead vengono fornite premontate con un nastro biadesivo di alta qualità e tagliato con precisione, che consente di fissare saldamente e in modo permanente la scheda alla parte inferiore della testa portautensili.
Abbiamo progettato i PCB della nostra testa utensile per trasportare solo le luci LED e la spina del connettore, spostando tutti gli altri componenti elettronici dalla scheda LED all’unità controller. Questo ci consente di offrire le schede a un prezzo più conveniente, facendoti risparmiare molto quando hai bisogno di più schede per i tuoi portautensili multipli. E poiché lo stesso controller può alimentare tutte le schede, è necessario un solo controller, anche se si utilizza più di un modello di macchina di ricarica.
Il PCB del modello XL650/750 è dotato di 5 luci LED luminose. Tutti i tipi di schede possono essere alimentati dalla nostra unità controller personalizzata, che identifica il tipo di scheda a cui è collegata e quindi la pilota correttamente fornendo tensione e corrente per supportare il numero di LED. Puoi utilizzare queste schede LED solo con un’unità controller DAA e un cavo!
L’unità di controllo include una funzione Dimmer, così puoi regolare la luce in modo che sia perfetta per te.
Unità di controllo:
L’unità controller di illuminazione LED DAA ToolHead alimenterà qualsiasi luce LED toolhead DAA, sia la piccola scheda 550 con 4 LED o fino alla scheda Mark7 più grande con i suoi 10 LED. L’elettronica intelligente identifica la scheda e la alimenta correttamente in ogni caso.
Il controller compatto e personalizzato e l’unità abitativa includono un interruttore ON/OFF di tipo a rullo che fornisce anche una funzione dimmer che consente di impostare la luce secondo le proprie preferenze.

It is very important that you thoroughly degrease the underside of your toolhead before attempting to glue the board into place. This is important for used as well as new tool heads. If you fail to do so, the adhesive won’t hold and the board will come loose. Watch the video for instructions.

Board:
The DAA ToolHead LED lighting PCB is made of a high quality Aluminum PCB board, making it stronger and stiffer than normal plastic PCBs. It’s white color increases light reflection making the board even more effective.
The ToolHead LED lights ship pre-fitted with a precisely cut, high-quality double-sided adhesive tape, enabling you to firmly and permanently attach the board to the underside of your toolhead.
We designed our tool head PCBs to carry only the LED lights and connector plug, moving all other electronics from LED board to the controller unit. This allows us to offer the boards at a cheaper price, saving you big when you need multiple boards for your multiple toolheads. And since the same controller can power all boards – only one controller is needed, even if you use more than one model of reloading machine.
The XL650/750 model PCB has 5 bright LED lights. All type boards can be powered by our custom built controller unit, which identifies the board type it is plugged into and then drives it correctly supplying it voltage and current to support its number of LEDs. You can only use these LED boards with a DAA controller unit and cable!
The controller unit includes a Dimmer feature, so you adjust the light to be perfect for you.
Controller Unit:
The DAA ToolHead LED Lighting Controller unit will power any of the DAA LED toolhead lights, be it the small 550 board with 4 LEDs or all the way up to the largest Mark7 board with its 10 LEDs. The smart electronics identifies the board and powers it correctly in every case.
The compact, custom made controller and housing unit includes a roller type ON/OFF switch which also provides a Dimmer feature enabling you to set the light just to your preference.
